SCHEDULE Overview
- This is an example SCHEDULE only (Do NOT reference dates; this is NOT a working SCHEDULE)
- The SCHEDULE reflects a project's calendar, work package deliverables and/or due dates and inspection, testing or review times, meeting times and office hours and anything regarding a timeline of activities or events.
- Consistent communication is important to well managed projects that yield optimal results.
- This is a general overview of how to interpret the SCHEDULE.
- This course is SELF DIRECTED. The student is expected to read and review topics and terms as indicated in the course SCHEDULE.
- It is up to the student to locate and study the indicated texts, the provided online resources, and/or communicate instructor to student as well as student to student through various means provided: email, discussion boards, etc..
- To read and review a specific deliverable's requirements, visit the respective course SYLLABUS and select from the actual DELIVERABLE list.
- The parts of SCHEDULE include but are not limited to:
- The SCHEDULE exhibits a left column numeric identifier "#" which indicates each specific learning "unit" typically arranged week to week.
- Each "unit" represents the minimum required specific learning topics and/or objectives a student should undertake, such as reading, research, future preparations and/or deliverables due.
- The SCHEDULE will itemize chronologically, each individual DELIVERABLES and its respective total available POINTS will be adjacent to each "unit", and the overall courses total available POINTS summarized at bottom.
- For DELIVERABLE submission procedures review the File Submit Policy. Additional information can be found in the respective course SYLLABUS, and read the respective DELIVERABLES and related APPROACH documentation.
- SCHEDULE information, unit "#" requirements, due dates and assignment deadlines, may be subject to change. In each case the instructor will attempt to provide students with notification of any SCHEDULE changes, perhaps relating to calendar conflicts, current events, inclement weather, technological malfunction, etc..
- Reference the Grading Policy for information regarding evaluation and assesment of student grades. No points are awarded by the act alone of reading or reviewing either the SYLLABUS, the SCHEDULE and/or the "unit" related topics or materials.
