Deliverable Submission/Upload
Project deliverables should be submitted with the proper naming scheme (below) into their respective online course Dropbox. For example, deliverables entitled SOW (Statement of Work) should be uploaded into the courses "SOW" DROPBOX. Deliverables labeled "STORY", "PROTO", "PROOF" or "RECAP" should also be uploded by deadline, into each respective DROPBOX for SOW, STORY, PROTOTYPE, PROOF or RECAP.
UPLOAD ONE FILE PER ASSIGNMENT SUBMISSION (e.g. One single or multi-page RTF, PDF, SWF or other required file). As of November 2009 the Florida Online course management system (D2L) contract made available per student per DROPBOX a TOTAL limit of 20 MB. (Example: Submit PDF's at 72 dpi for Screen Viewing). Thanks!
Deliverable File Format
Submit files using the requested formats as described in the respective, specific and individual deliverable descriptions. If you do not know how to output and/or produce required submision formats, look up and review your software application's help manual and/or related online materials.
Deliverable File Name Scheme
Submit deliverable files with the following naming convention. Deliverables submitted with an incorrect filename = ZERO credit. No spaces. Use the underscore "_" character).

SOW
Example: Submit the SOW as an RTF (Rich Text Format). For example use Microsoft Word's or MAC's TextEdit "Save As" and select the "Format" listed as "RTF".
STORY
Example: Submit the STORY as a saved "Multi-Page" PDF (Portable Document Format). For example use Adobe Photoshop CS/3's "PDF generator" by selecting from the application's menu: File>Automate>PDF Presentation. Check box the PDF setting to "Add Open Files" and have multiple 8.5 x 11, 72 dpi documents labeled "Diagram" and "Blocking" included. Output quality drop-down list should be selected to lowest quality "Screen View Only" output. Verify the success of your final PDF output by opening and reviewing the document in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Note: Consider scanning physical and/or previously printed electronic block diagrams into a PDF supported image application. Access your computer's "screen capture" capability (See the Cheat Sheet referencing the MAC's [Cmd] + [Shft] + [F4], screen "Grab" application, or use the PC's "Print Screen" [Alt] + [Prt Scrn]). Manipulate the scanned image(s) with editing software, cut and paste in place, and "Save As" and/or "Export" a PDF file.
