- Annual plaque held by awardee for one year each, awarded twice, annually 2006 thru 2007, to Barton James Christner by Dr. Daniel Perkins, of Penn State University, for exemplary committment and contributions to the Children Youth and Families at Risk, Youth Engaged in Technology program activites and events, that Mr. Barton James Christner coordinated through the Washington County Penn State Cooperative Extension, within the Washington School District, in the City of Washington, Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2007.
